Senior Manager (Marketing & Sales - Civil Optics) (Based in Singapore)
The Job
- Lead a team of Business Managers
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies for sales growth and profitability of the company
- Monitoring, researching, identifying and analyzing marketing information and activities
- Co-ordinate marketing and pricing strategies in relation to bid opportunities
- Conduct contract negotiation with customers
- Identify, develop and build business networks and relationships with relevant customers worldwide and key decision makers
- Develop a pricing strategy that balances the maximization of the company's share of the market and its profitability while ensuring customers' satisfaction
- Monitor trends that indicate the need for new products and services
- Work with relevant managers to promote and provide full support of the company's product and services and to attract potential customers
- Ensure the solutions offered to custoemrs are deliverable and appropriate, while meeting the company's profitability and margin parameters
Requirements :
- Degree in Optics, Engineering or relevant
- Minimum 5 years' of experience in a similar capacity
- Good knowledge of precision optics and advantage
